At A-Spec, we strive to provide you only with high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our store operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, specifically the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

Terms of Exchange and Return

According to the law, you have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  1. The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear or use.

  2. Its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags, and packaging are preserved.

  3. You have a receipt or sales slip confirming the purchase.

Exchange Procedure for Goods of Proper Quality

  1. If the purchased product does not suit you in terms of shape, size, color, or other reasons not related to quality, you may exchange it for a similar item, provided it is available in stock.

  2. If a similar product is not available at the time of exchange, you have the right to:

    • Choose another product from the available assortment with the appropriate cost adjustment.

    • Receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product.

List of Goods Not Subject to Return or Exchange

According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, certain categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange, even if they are of proper quality. These include:

  • Personal hygiene items

  • Underwear and base layer garments

  • Gloves and socks

  • Products in aerosol packaging

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the moment we receive the returned product and confirm its compliance with the exchange/return conditions.
