SAVOTTA is a Finnish load-carriage and field gear manufacturer serving armed forces, border guards, rescue services and demanding outdoors users. The brand focuses on mission-ready carry systems: modular packs, pouches, load-bearing rigs and arctic-capable tents.

Engineering approach. Keep it simple, strong and PALS/MOLLE compatible. Stress zones are reinforced with bridge panels and bartacks; controls are glove-friendly; designs enable field repair without special tools. Aluminium stays/frames transfer weight to the hip belt for endurance under heavy loads.

Materials & hardware. Cordura® 500D/1000D shells, laminated composites, laser-cut precision, moisture-neutral inserts. IRR-compliant fabrics (for agency contracts), ITW/Woojin hardware, heavy-duty zippers. Everything is built to retain shape and function in cold, wet and abrasive environments.

Product lines. Jääkäri packs from S/M day loads to L/XL expedition carriers, modular pouches and belts, chest rigs, tents and tarps with stove compatibility, plus accessories (organisers, liners, repair kits). Each product is a system component, interoperable via standard interfaces.

Manufacturing & QC. Made in Finland/EU, with quality control centred in Karstula. Most items carry a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Field testing covers sub-zero cold, rain and mixed terrain — where durability actually matters.
